A+

As an industry standard, an A+ certification shows that students demonstrate the knowledge and skills of computer hardware and operating systems. Certifications denote that an individual is a competent IT professional. The certification provides a plethora of job opportunities that include technical support specialist, field service technician, associate network engineer, data support technician, desktop support administrator, and many more.

Network+

This certification is a mid-level industry-standard certification and covers both wired and wireless networks. It is a sought-after certification because it shows consultants have a strong grasp of networking concepts. The certification sets students up for more advanced concepts later on. Students should have the knowledge and skills to troubleshoot, configure, and manage company networks. Professionals with this certification can enter the IT workforce as a network field technician or a junior network administrator. Network+ is an authorized DoD 8570 baseline certification.

Security+

Similar to Network+, this is another industry standard. It is the first certification an IT professional should earn when entering the IT security workforce. Security+ covers basic technical skills in risk assessment and management, forensics, security controls, and more. The student’s goal is to learn core knowledge required by any cybersecurity role. Those with this certification enter the IT workforce with the skills needed for a system administrator or junior penetration tester.

Cloud+

This course is focused on incorporating and managing cloud technologies as part of network operations. Cloud+ is a mid-level certification for professionals who have established cloud technologies careers with at least two to three years of experience with IT networking, storage, or data center technology. Cloud+ ensures students have the knowledge and skills to maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure services effectively and efficiently in data center jobs. This certification spans a wide variety of IT sectors.

Linux+

The Linux+ certification ensures the professional has the foundational skills required by large-scale industries, such as the healthcare and financial industries along with government agencies and others, using a Linux operating system. Those holding this certification can be expected to find work performing day-to-day Linux maintenance tasks and be able to install and configure Linux workstations while effectively and efficiently assisting users.

Server+

This is an entry-level certification that covers administration, storage, security, troubleshooting, and more. Server+ never expires, making it perfect for those going into an IT profession. Certified consultants can expect to find a career as a systems administrator, network administrator, or security administrator.

CySA+ (Cybersecurity)

A CompTIA CySA+ certification is for seasoned professionals and students with security or related experience. Holding its value across a variety of job professions within the cybersecurity industry, it is also one of the DoD 8570 baseline certifications. This only increases its validity in the field. Students learn to find network patterns and behaviors. Students who complete this course and pass their exams will be prepared for careers as threat intelligence analysts, application security analysts, and compliance analysts.

PenTest+

With this certification, students will be able to assess current penetration testing as well as perform vulnerability assessments. They will have the skills necessary to determine the resiliency of the network to ward off attacks. Some of the job titles for these professionals include vulnerability tester, penetration tester, vulnerability assessment analyst, and network security operations, amongst others.

CASP+

The CompTIA CASP+ certification is an advanced-level hands-on, performance-based certification. This enables professionals to identify and implement policies and frameworks. The person with this certification will know about risk management, research and collaboration, and integration of enterprise security. Positions associated with this certification include security architect, security engineer, technical lead analyst, and application security engineer.

Project+

This certification enables students to coordinate and manage IT projects. Students will learn how to manage the life cycle of a project as well as ensure communication, manage resources, and maintain documentation. Project managers and business analysts benefit from this certification.

Windows Server 2019

Our Windows Server 2019 courses will include Intro to Windows Server 2019 Administration, Advanced Networking with Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2019 Active Directory and Group Policy and Securing Windows Server 2019. These courses cover similar concepts to the Windows Server 2016 70-740, 70-741, 70-742 and 70-744 exams, respectively.

Microsoft Windows 10

In this course, students will learn how to deploy Windows, manage devices and data, configure storage and connectivity, and maintain Windows. This course maps to the Microsoft MD-100: Windows 10 exam. 

Windows 10 - Managing Modern Desktops

In this course, students will learn how to deploy and upgrade operating systems, manage policies and profiles, manage and protect devices, and manage apps and data. This course maps to the Microsoft MD-101: Managing Modern Desktops exam.

Azure Fundamentals

Students will learn how to describe cloud concepts, core Azure services, core solutions and management tools on Azure, general security and network security features, identity, governance, privacy, and compliance features; and Azure cost management and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This course maps to the Microsoft AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals exam.

AWS Associate Level Solutions Architect

The AWS solutions architect course is designed to instruct students in architectural design principles to help customers of an organization find solutions on AWS technologies. A professional with an AWS solutions architect certification has proven the ability to demonstrate how to architect and deploy secure and robust applications on AWS technologies. Students who complete this course will be able to provide implementation guidance to an organization based on best practices learned.

AWS Cloud Practitioner 2019

Completing the AWS Cloud Practitioner course is a step toward achieving associate-level or specialty AWS certifications. This course will help students define what the AWS Cloud is and the basic global infrastructure. Students who complete this course will be able to describe basic AWS Cloud architecture principles, basic security and compliance aspects of the AWS platform, and the AWS Cloud value proposition. This course curriculum offers instructors the tools they need to help students gain the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively demonstrate an overall understanding of the AWS Cloud.

Virtualization

Virtualization technology is one of the most important issues in IT. This course is an introduction to all major virtualization technologies. Students will learn the art of creating a virtual copy, or a snapshot, of various programs such as Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware vSphere, Citrix XenServer, AWS, and Azure.

Cisco CCNA

The Cisco CCNA is an extremely popular network certification. This course prepares students with knowledge and skills related to network fundamentals, network access, IP connectivity, IP services, security fundamentals, and automation and programmability. The CCNA is recognized as a DoD 8570 baseline certification.
